Rain Date: October 6, 2018

    This hikes begins with a flat 2.3 miles. We will stop for a snack and will continue to head up the mountain over rocks for about 1.5 miles to the top about 1,000 elevation. We will return by climbing down the mountain and back to the place we stopped for a snack and have lunch. Wraps and drink are included. Then continue the flat 2.3 miles to a spot for yoga and reflection, no mat required.
